Built by someone who’s been there.
For Zach, quitting wasn't a choice — it was a reckoning.
What came next was looking for other men in the same position — capable, clear-headed, and tired of being labeled. He couldn't find what he was looking for. So he built it.
Zach has spent 8 years figuring out what life looks like on the other side — not in meeting rooms, but on trails, in honest conversations, and in the kind of experiences that actually move the needle. He's a certified coach who works with a direct and grounded approach.
Clear Lines is the retreat he always wanted to attend.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Who is this for?
Men who live alcohol-free by choice and want more than maintenance. If you quit drinking, got healthier, and now find yourself wondering what comes next — this was built for you. No labels required. No recovery identity necessary.
I this a therapy retreat?
No. Clear Lines is not therapy and it's not clinical treatment. It's a structured retreat built around honest conversation, physical challenge, and shared experience. You won't be asked to process trauma or sit in a sharing circle. You will be asked to show up and engage.
Who else will be there?
For Gunnison, four men maximum. For Crested Butte, six men maximum. All of them alcohol-free, all of them done letting that be the most interesting thing about them. The group is intentionally small so the conversations can be real. You'll leave knowing these guys.
What's actually included?
Lodging, all meals, snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, and the facilitated sessions. The retreat house is modern and comfortable, single occupancy. What's not included: transportation to Gunnison, bike rentals, and guided rides — though we're happy to point you toward local options.
Do I have to ride every day?
No. Riding is self-directed and entirely optional. Some guys ride hard every day. Others rest, explore, or just decompress. Your pace, your call.
Are the rides guided?
No. Clear Lines is not a guided MTB experience. You choose your own routes and ride at your own level. Hartman Rocks and Signal Peak are both accessible from the house — if you want trail recommendations, just ask.
How do I know if I'm ready for this?
If you're stable, functioning, and feel like something is still unresolved — you're ready. This isn't for men in crisis. It's for men who've done the hard part and are starting to ask what they actually want to build next. If that question feels familiar, this is for you.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations 60 or more days before the retreat are refunded minus a $250 administrative fee. Within 60 days, payments are non-refundable — but your spot can be transferred to someone else.
What the retreat is cancelled?
If Clear Lines cancels the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
